A bright and happy "Sew Together" bag, for me!

I made a "Sew Together" bag for myself...finally!  I love these little bags, they are quick and easy.  You can buy the pattern at your LQS.  These fabrics were among the scraps I won from Christa at Christa Quilts!  Thank you soooo much Christa.

Quilting with a simple elongated triple stitch zig-zag.

Everything is cut out and ready to be sewn together.

Inserting the three inside pocket zippers.

And there you have them!

Getting ready to sew the outside to the inside.

And here you have it.

So fun to use a lot of different fabrics.

Fun to make and fun to give....or keep!  Pattern by Sew Demented at
http://www.sewdemented.com/#!store/c768.

Well, I ended up selling this little beauty, so I STILL don't have one of these great bags for myself!

Oh Vicki! It's gorgeous! But why did you have to sell it? The colours are SO pretty! You must make another one immediately for YOU!

You've made a pretty bag that's useful as well. I've never seen a pattern for such a bag; could you maybe give more details of the publisher or designer?

Thanks for sharing all these wonderful in progress shots, Vicki! It help me to wrap my non bag making mind around this. I love that elongated zig-zag stitch for quilting! Now you'll have to make another one for yourself....

Your bag is so lovely that I can quite see why someone would want to buy it from you, but you really should make one for yourself and keep it!! Great fabric choices. xx

I have seen this bag on several blog posts in the past few weeks and I think I'm going to have to give into the temptation and make one myself. Or at least get the supplies and put them in my ever growing "to do" stack!

Cute bag. You make it sound so easy but that's a lot of zippers! Love the fabrics you used.

A lovely bag!

Great job!!

Quick? I've made four of those suckers but I don't know if I'd call them quick. You probably don't have such a close working relationship with the seam ripper, though, and can sew accurately. :-)

Very cute bag! I'd love to make one, but I think I'd end up in the same boat and end up giving loads away. I should try it though, I love the bright yellow!

Love this fabric...you make it look so easy. I wore tired of bag making a couple years ago...this may inspire me to try again. :)
